Hi thanks for visiting my website I’m Mauricio, visual artist and tattoo artist. My practice focuses on fine line work, small and large scale detailed pieces. In addition to my current work as a tattoo artist I focus on multidisciplinary media when making contemporary artwork. 

I’ve been doing visual arts for the last decade and have worked as a profesor. I’m an active independent curator and form part of the collective group The Fire Theory based between Colombia- El Salvador and NYC. I’m also cofounder of Virgin Tattoo Studio based in El Salvador.

I now reside in Brooklyn where I spend my time creating custom designs for clients and continue my artist practice in contemporary art.
